لاحظت أنني أحيانًا أفكر كثيرًا فيما سأختاره قبل أن أبدأ، وكأنني بحاجة إلى خطة واضحة لكل مرة. أحاول أن أحدد مسبقًا ما أريده، ثم أجد نفسي أغير القرار عندما أبدأ فعلًا. في الأيام الأخيرة جربت أسلوبًا أبسط وتركت الاختيار للحظة نفسها بدل التفكير فيه مسبقًا. كان الأمر أريح لأنني لم أشعر بأنني مضطر للالتزام بما قررته قبل ذلك. إذا لم يناسبني الخيار، أستطيع تغييره لاحقًا دون أن أشعر أنني اتخذت قرارًا خاطئًا. ربما كنت أعطي الاختيار أهمية أكبر من اللازم وأجعل الأمر معقدًا بنفسي. هل تخططون لما ستختارونه مسبقًا أم تقررون في اللحظة نفسها؟
